For more than 10,000 years, wheat and wheat-based products were pioneers of human welfare and their families, skipping from the shackles of nomadic life or moving on, introducing them to the worlds of agriculture and commerce and causing them to freely develop art or science.

Not available who knows the same origin of wheat crops. The only known wheat is grown where humans are thought to have first existed, namely in the Central Asia region. In fact, it is estimated that people have used wheat as a foodstuff for at least ten to fifteen thousand years before it will be a little bit.

In 1948, an archaeologist from the University of Chicago discovered an ancient village in Iraq, built 6,700 years ago. In the rubble of the village, two wheats were found similar to the wheat crops that are growing now.

Most likely in the meantime humans live together with moving around, having their families looking for the food they need to live on forever. Until one day they found a type of grass that is wheat, which turned out to be capable of eating. On the same day, they marked the area where the type of grass was planted, for each year to the area.

After passing through part of the century, they became clear that wheat was able to be stored to provide for their food throughout the winter, and wheat germs were a new source of harvest when spring came. Because wheat planting is only suitable in areas where the soil is fertile and often rains, finally people and their families make the decision to live around the planting site.

To live around the location of wheat crops and enjoy the harvest, ancient humans established a kind of shelter area. Then other families stopped by to join and form small hamlets.

When man no longer changes places, it is temporary for him to think and have a plan like improving his crops, his area of residence and his lifestyle.

He became observing the turn of the season, the longer it became clear the meaning of time.

It is thought that after man learned to grind wheat, he learned to cause various kinds of porridge from diluted to viscous along with only giving water. When the weather conditions are good, the porridge that is dried outside can be fermented naturally.

It is thought that this herb is what inspires humans to cause beer or dough to expand. By giving a little water and yeast in the process causes the dough to lift.
